   This man is making handmade soba at his restaurant. The restaurant is actually the living room of his house, and is located in a very small village in the Aizu area. The soba buckwheat is grown in his backyard. It cost about 35 dollars for a one meal during lunch. People come from all over Japan to such small, family-owned restaurants/houses.
